How do I track my order ?

When we have received your order, we will email you to confirm that the order has been received. You will receive email updates at each stage of your order. The stages are:
1. Order received.
2. Payment Received and Order Being Processed
3. Order Dispatched (If a courier or Royal Mail is used, you will be provided with a tracking number for this).
4. Order Complete.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

If you would like to make any changes to your order, this must be done as soon as possible. If the order is personalized, changes must be made before the order is processed, otherwise we may need to charge you extra to complete the order. If this is the case, you will be given the option to be charged for another one of the product at full price and receive both the original and the amended order, or be charged a set fee of 50% of the product cost, but only receive the updated order.

How can I return a product

Due to the personalization of most orders, returns of personalized items can only be accepted if the product is damaged in transit, not fit for purpose or not as described.
If an order is not personalized, returns can be processed within 30 days of receiving the product to receive a full refund. In this case, the product must be returned in it’s original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.

How long will it take to get my package ?

Our standard shipping method is via tracked delivery. Timescales can vary on this depending on the order size. We aim for delivery within 72 hours. However, if you require your order to be posted as a priority to this, we will be happy to arrange this at an extra charge*. *Charge will vary depending on the size and weight of the order.

Do you provide any warranty ?

Yes. If you have any issues or questions regarding your item within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Do you have replacement guarantee ?

Yes. If any items are damaged in transit*, not as described* or not fit for purpose*, we will replace the item free of charge.
*Proof is required.
